We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead a SimCorp Dimension engagement for a leading asset manager in Singapore. The role is to start as soon as possible.

You will own end-to-end delivery — planning, governance, stakeholder management and execution — coordinating Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, IT and SimCorp consultants across the full project lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  1. 01Own end-to-end delivery of the SimCorp Dimension programme — scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
  2. 02Run project governance: steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs and decision tracking.
  3. 03Coordinate Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, IT and SimCorp functional consultants across the delivery lifecycle.
  4. 04Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, configuration sign-off, testing and go-live readiness.
  5. 05Manage dependencies between SimCorp Dimension workstreams (IBOR, ABOR, Performance, Compliance, Collateral) and external systems.
  6. 06Lead UAT planning and execution; track defects through resolution.
  7. 07Anticipate, escalate and resolve risks and issues with the client sponsor.
  8. 08Ensure post-go-live stabilisation, knowledge transfer and handover to run-the-bank teams.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years' project management experience, including at least 2 full-lifecycle SimCorp Dimension implementations or major enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of buy-side investment operations — Front Office, IBOR / ABOR, Performance, Compliance, Collateral.
  • Proven stakeholder management across business, IT and vendor teams up to steering committee level.
  • Solid grasp of project governance, planning, RAID, change control and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile or hybrid).
  • Fluent English communication — written and spoken.
  • Based in Singapore or able to work remotely with travel to the client site as required.
Nice to have
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Prior consulting experience at a Tier 1 firm.
  • Experience with OTC derivatives, fixed income or multi-asset class implementations.
